If you are like me, you never know when there is a holiday coming up. One time I actually got dressed for work and then realized while watching the news that it was Labor Day and I had no clue until then. In fact, what I do nowadays is input all the holidays in my smartphone in order to ensure I can plan ahead for holidays. I always end up paying high airline ticket fares due to booking late. Hope this outline of the 2011 US holidays helps you all save some money and allows you to plan ahead so you can spend time with your friends and families.
